The Foxhound Military Command team discusses the establishment of the Chain of Command, the incorporation of Navy & Airforce ranks, and MOS/Class training

Here's a small taste of what FMCOMS is currently working on.

Unit I: Roleplay Structure
Section 1: Terms & Symbols

Foxhound is a closed roleplaying group, and this means only people who are members that can participate. We use various symbols and terms to better organize each roleplay as they consist of training exercises, field tests, and mission scenarios. A structured roleplay concentrates more on developing specific problem solving and communications skills.

Here are a series of terms and symbols commonly used for roleplaying responses and entries.

OOC - Out Of Character: Talking when in the midst of roleplaying but with the use of brackets. Some examples include {}, [], and ().

IC - In Character: Dialog during roleplay. When using actions, you can use certain symbols such as  , - -, : :, + +, - -, and  .

NPC - Non-Playable Character: A character that is purely storyline, but isn't being played by a person in the roleplay. There are also observers who are present to watch and learn, but they are not able to actively participate in the role play.

These next terms go toward the availability/unavailability of our members.

LOA - Leave of absence: This is when a member is unable to attend group activities due to real life issues be it illness, vacation, technical problems, and personal issues to name some examples.

MIA - Missing In Action: A member is classified as this when they fail to report to role play and have not logged onto IMVU for a long period of time.

LD - Light Duty:  A member is classified as this when they are able to get online, but not as often as others.

AWOL - Absent Without Leave:  A member is classified as this when they fail to report to assigned roleplay, are on at the time, and fail to put in a leave notice.

We have an important rule when roleplaying takes place and there is one such rule that requires immediate attention. Do not attempt this action as he can lead to substantial consequences.

Godmodding: This happens when a member uses his/her character's abilities to gain an unfair advantage during a roleplay. This is not allowed in Foxhound and may be grounds for immediate removal from the group
